Qualifications

• Degree in psychology, social work, or related field preferred.
• Medication administration training provided if not already certified.
• Familiarity with EHR and eMAR a plus.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Administer evening, bedtime, and PRN medications accurately and respectfully.
• Receive, document, and store medications from the pharmacy.
• Maintain current Medication Administration, First Aid and CPR certification.
• Develop rapport with residents to assess needs and document care.
• Monitor residents' health and document follow-up in shift log.
• Provide crisis management and behavioral interventions as needed.
• Support residents with tasks and spiritual well-being as appropriate.
• Assist with meals and other duties as assigned.
