Job summary

Standex International in Wisconsin seeks a Spinner to operate spinning machinery and CNC equipment, ensuring parts meet specs and quality standards. You will read blueprints, set up tools, measure components, and document logs while maintaining a safe, efficient work environment. Shifts run 3:30pm–midnight with differential.

Requires a high school diploma and 1 year of related experience; forklift experience is a plus. This on-site role emphasizes SQDC and teamwork in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year related experience in manufacturing or spin operations.
• Able to read blueprints and meet specifications.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC and hand spin lathe to meet specifications.
• Read work orders, blueprints and specs to determine requirements.
• Measure and mark cutting lines; install/accessorize tools per instructions.
• Document production and quality logs; maintain SQDC goals.
• Maintain safe operations; perform basic maintenance and housekeeping.
