Labcorp is seeking a Specimen Processor I to join our Tucker, GA team. This role supports clinical specimen accessioning, sorting and data entry in a fast-paced, high-throughput environment. Work schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:30 pm–3:00 am with rotating weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Data entry accuracy is essential.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Able to pass a color blindness test.
• Experience in lab/production environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare laboratory specimens for analysis and testing.
• Unpack and route specimens to staging areas.
• Identify and label specimens accurately.
• Pack and ship specimens to testing facilities.
• Meet department activity and production goals.
• Prepare and store excess specimen samples.
• Data entry of patient information accurately.
• Resolve and document problematic specimens.
