Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred; experience in lieu accepted.
• 1–2 years of shuttle bus driving experience required.
• Licenses/Credentials: RMV Check and internal driving report required.
• Excellent driving skills for shuttle buses in various weather/road conditions.
• Excellent customer service skills and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, courteous, and professional service to passengers on route.
• Follow established routes and departure times; communicate with dispatch for detours.
• Operate vehicles per Mass General Brigham Fleet Safety Program and laws.
• Ensure adherence to passenger limits (seated and standing).
• Assist passengers with disabilities and boarding/disembarking.
• Report emergencies/concerns with vehicle or passengers to Supervisor/Dispatcher.
• Safely transport passengers to destinations while following traffic laws and policies.
• Adhere to scheduled routes prepared by Manager/Supervisor/Dispatcher.
