Job summary

SP Plus Corporation, a Metropolis company, is seeking a Shuttle Driver DOT in San Diego to operate shuttle buses safely and transport passengers efficiently. You will uphold safety standards, assist passengers, and ensure timely service.

Requirements include a CDL Class A/B/C with Passenger Endorsement and a valid DOT Medical Card; the role may require 3rd shift and weekend availability. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Education/experience: Less than High School or 1 month related experience.
• License: CDL Class A/B/C with Passenger Endorsement per DOT.
• DOT Medical Card required.
• Availability for special shifts; may require 3rd shift and weekends.
• Language: read/write simple material and communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client and customer experiences guided by SP+ Promise.
• Perform vehicle inspections and maintain bus cleanliness; fuel and log trips; assist disabled passengers.
• Be punctual, in uniform, and ready to work each scheduled day.
• Possess valid CDL and maintain acceptable DMV record.
• Communicate hazards, spills, and incidents to Facility Manager; assist other duties as needed.
