Truck Center Companies in Mankato seeks an Evening Shop Foreman to manage repair operations, assign tasks to technicians, and ensure quality and accuracy of repairs and inspections. The role requires CDL and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with strong tool knowledge and basic computer skills for repair orders.

Ideal candidate will coordinate with owners and drivers, ensure efficient repair order closure, and monitor daily open orders to prevent backlog. Competitive benefits apply.

Formación

• CDL required to operate commercial vehicles.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Experience with repair tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Basic computer literacy for repair orders and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Assign repair tasks to Technicians qualified to perform the repair.
• Ensure Technicians read and understand the repair as written.
• Document time allowed on Repair Order to reflect work performed.
• Review Technicians' progress and conduct quality checks; test drive if needed.
• Review inspection forms completed by Technicians and discuss additional repairs with the owner/driver as needed.
• Review Repair Orders upon completion for correct hours and parts charges.
• Notify management of new tool requirements and follow proper procurement procedures for tools.
