Job summary

FedEx Supply Chain is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk in Richmond, VA for 2nd shift (Afternoon/Evening). The role focuses on data-entry and administrative tasks to accurately record inbound and outbound shipments, daily documentation, scheduling, reporting, and customer communications.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, 1 year of related data processing experience, and proficiency with Windows/Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of data processing experience in a distribution center preferred.
• 1 year of warehouse/clerical experience.
• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• RF equipment familiarity preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry functions within assigned work area.
• Execute administrative tasks related to shipping and receiving.
• Coordinate and schedule pick-ups.
• Ensure timely and accurate shipment processing.
• Track monthly rack audit data in Maintenance Connection.
• Track recurring MSDS in Maintenance Connection.
• Support Operations Analyst by generating reports from the WMS.
• Perform inventory adjustment audits.
• Maintain policies and procedures.
• Analyze workload and communicate with internal departments and external carriers.
• Collect, collate, and disseminate departmental data.
• Maintain interoffice mail distribution.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
