Responsibilities

• Identify, investigate, and correct route discrepancies.
• Receive and dispatch drivers promptly.
• Prepare, manifest, and dispatch outbound loads.
• Coordinate driver activity with the dock for inbound loads.
• Maintain organized filing (electronic and paper).
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
• Support general office and warehouse tasks.
