Job summary

Solar Atmospheres in Fontana, CA is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Assistant to ensure orders are loaded, packed, and tracked accurately. You’ll handle customer products before and after heat-treating, receive, pull, pack orders, and cooperate with drivers and furnace operators.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and experience with ERP or UPS Worldship; routine lifting up to 50 lbs and a 3pm–11:30pm schedule with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Prior shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and UPS Worldship.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work around material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, pull, and pack orders for customers.
• Load and unload trucks as needed.
• Check materials into the computer system to keep accurate records and inventory.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, rolling ladders, and skid loaders.
• Collaborate with co-workers in shipping, delivery drivers, and Furnace Operators.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
