Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk for our new Laredo operation in Texas. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy in inventory receipt, data entry into WMS, and coordination with drivers and warehouse staff.

Monday to Friday, 3:00 pm – 12:00 am, with weekends/holidays as required. The position requires 1–2 years of office experience and 2+ years in a warehouse setting, bilingual Spanish/English preferred, and strong MS Office and AS400 skills.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of general office experience
• 2+ years of warehouse clerk experience preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required
• AS400 experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Various office and administrative duties, including accounts payable/receivable and collections
• Involve yourself in the safety team as required by location
• Prioritize workload and adjust based on position requirements
• Communicate with drivers, operators, customers on site, and leadership team
• Daily use of Outlook, Excel, and Blue Yonder
• Audit inbound receipts and inventory storage locations
• Input data into WMS and other applications
• Identify and document potential damages
• Assist with daily and weekly reports
• Other projects and tasks assigned by supervision
