Job summary

Melaleuca Inc. is seeking a Product Delivery Specialist to join our manufacturing team in Idaho Falls. You will ensure that products are placed in shipping containers and prepared for shipment, working a night schedule.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 40 lbs.
• Ability to read and write accurately.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow procedures called for on system.
• Standing or walking for duration of shift.
• Good math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Ability to work as a team to achieve maximum performance.
• Ability to perform the essential duties with efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Induct customer orders and select the container size, assign barcode and LPN by scanning, and place them on the container.
• When container enters a zone, acknowledge the LPN and pick products indicated by lit indicators, placing them neatly.
• Audit packages at audit stations for quality control and correct deficiencies.
• Ensure lids are tight and containers are ready for packing.
• Pack containers with airbags, include flyers/magazines and invoices, and apply shipping labels.
• Send packages to the taper for further processing.
• Build Careers/Values/EcoSense packages in containers with trays per instructions.
• Correct errors in packages to ensure accurate shipment.
• Retrieve new products when damaged products are found in packages.
