Job summary

Philips is seeking a Warehouse Operator to join our team in Reedsville, PA. The role focuses on safe, accurate movement of materials, packing, labeling, and transport, with real-time inventory updates in our system. The job is a 2nd shift (2:30 pm–10:30 pm, Monday–Friday) with mandatory overtime and onsite work.

Experience is not required, but familiarity with warehouse operations is helpful. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and be safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and able

• No prior experience required for entry-level role.
• High School Diploma or GED or vocational certificate required.
• Must be able to perform physical, cognitive and environmental job requirements as specified in the job posting.
• Overtime availability is an essential function of the role.

Responsibilities

• Move materials (small parts, large plastic components, pallets) and keep real-time inventory by updating the Warehouse Management System.
• Operate and support material-handling equipment (forklifts, trolleys, conveyors, IT terminals, scanners, printers) and report issues to maintenance.
• Share inventory data for replenishment and forecasting and contribute to safety and process improvements.
