Job summary

Philips in Reedsville, PA seeks a Warehouse Operator 1 to execute warehouse processes with a focus on quality and safety, maintaining traceability and accurate inventory. You will move small parts and large components across the site, perform pick/pack/label/transport tasks, and update the Warehouse Management System in real time.

Operate forklifts, conveyors, IT terminals, scanners and printers, following safety protocols; escalate issues to maintenance and support continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, vocational ed or GED required.
• No prior experience required; warehouse experience preferred.
• Must be able to perform physical, cognitive and environmental requirements.

Responsibilities

• Move small parts, large plastic components and pallets safely and accurately.
• Pick, pack, label and transport items while updating the WMS for real‑time inventory.
• Operate forklifts, trolleys, conveyors, IT terminals, scanners and printers.
• Escalate mechanical or packing issues to maintenance promptly and support safety improvements.
