Job summary

Philips is seeking a Warehouse Operator 1 for the 2nd shift (2:30 pm–10:30 pm, Mon–Fri) in Reedsville, PA. You will pick, pack, label and transport items, update the Warehouse Management System, and support inventory accuracy while following safety protocols.

No prior experience is required, but experience in warehouse/distribution is preferred. A High School Diploma or GED is required; overtime including Saturdays or 10-hour shifts may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Willing to learn safety protocols and quality standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to inventory accuracy and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Execute safe, compliant movement of parts and pallets, updating the Warehouse Management System to maintain real-time inventory.
• Operate material-handling equipment (forklifts, trolleys, conveyors, IT terminals, scanners, printers) and coordinate with maintenance for issues.
• Collect and share inventory data to support replenishment and forecasting and help implement new picking procedures.
