Job summary

No prior experience required.
Experience as a warehouse or distribution center operator is preferred.

Responsibilities

Execute safe, compliant movement of small parts and large plastic components across the site: pick, pack, label and transport per customer/export/import requirements while updating Warehouse Management System transactions to maintain real‑time inventory accuracy.
Operate and support material‑handling equipment (forklifts, trolleys, conveyors, IT terminals, scanners, printers), follow established safety protocols, assist experienced operators, and escalated mechanical or packing issues to maintenance for timely resolution.
Collect and share inventory data for high‑demand items to support replenishment and forecasting, help implement new picking procedures into existing workflows, and contribute to continuous safety and process improvements.
