Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift.
• Oversee that assigned job expectations are completed per policy.
• Train staff and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, recognize top performers, and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports to ensure quality, productivity and safety.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee questions or time-off requests.
• Mentor employees and encourage career progression.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
