Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in the USA is seeking a Supervisor II for the Builds-B shift (2:00 PM–10:30 PM) to supervise production associates, coordinate loading and unloading, and oversee server rack assembly and component installation.

You will manage cycle counts, inventory replenishments and safety compliance while guiding subordinates and implementing process improvements. Base pay ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 depending on experience and location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Solid interpersonal and analytical skills are required.
• Generally prefer 3–6 years’ experience in material handling operations.
• Must be able to pass any federal/state/local government, airport, or company-required background checks, clearances, and/or drug and alcohol tests.

Responsibilities

• Supervises production associates who are performing tasks related to loading and unloading freight and oversees the assembly and installation of server racks and components.
• Oversees cycle counts, inventory replenishments and material returns; ensures safety measures are followed.
• Advises subordinates with questions or problems in any work activity; monitors work areas for accuracy and conformance to procedures.
• Recommends and implements changes to procedures to improve efficiency, quality and safety.
