Qualifications

• Must pass any federal/state/local background checks, clearances, and/or drug and alcohol tests.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Generally 3–6 years' experience in material handling operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production associates in loading and unloading freight and managing materials.
• Oversee cycle counts, inventory replenishments and returns; ensure safety measures are followed.
• Advise subordinates and ensure compliance with policies and procedures; monitor operations for accuracy and neatness.
• Propose and implement changes to improve efficiency, quality and safety.
