Compass Group USA in Wichita Falls, TX is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor for a 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm schedule, Monday through Friday, at 3410 Taft Boulevard. Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure that job expectations are completed while policy and procedures are maintained.

Qualifications

• Prior fast food, customer service, and leadership experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline when needed.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity and safety.
