Job summary

Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor for the Wichita Falls, TX area. The role oversees a single shift, directs associates, ensures policy adherence, and meets quality, productivity, and safety standards.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 1:00 pm–9:00 pm, with on-site supervision. Minimum requirements include prior fast food, customer service, and leadership experience.

• Prior fast food, customer service, and leadership experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline employees who fail to meet standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets quality, productivity and safety expectations.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

We are hiring immediately for a full time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position.

Address: 3410 Taft Boulevard, Wichita Falls, TX 76308. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full time, Monday through Friday, 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Prior fast food, customer service, and leadership experience is required.

Pay Range: $16.00 per hour to $18.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
