Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure completion of assigned job tasks.
• Train staff and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports and ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.
• Serve as the point of contact for employee requests and time off.
