Scheduling, training, and performance evaluation are key duties in this position. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day operations, monitor quality and safety, and report on production metrics.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules for staff.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers and address performance gaps.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management to ensure quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as a mentor and encourage employee development and advancement.
