Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate the performance of workers and reward high performers or address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity and safety targets are met.
• Serve as the primary contact for employee questions or time-off requests.
• Mentor staff and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
