Job summary

Chartwells Higher Ed Dining Services in College Station, TX, is seeking a full-time Shift Supervisor at Texas A&M University to lead a team during a scheduled shift and ensure policy compliance.

The role requires at least 3 years of supervisory experience, with a Sunday–Friday 11:00 am–8:30 pm shift. Pay ranges from $16.00 to $22.00 per hour, plus benefits including health and wellness programs and an associative shopping program.

• Training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating performance and rewarding or disciplining employees.
• Preparing production or sales reports for management.
• Contact person for employee complaints or time-off requests.
• Mentoring and developing employees; encouraging advancement.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure job expectations are met with policy adherence.
• Provide training and schedule staff to meet demand.
• Evaluate performance and address underperformance.
• Serve as point of contact for time-off requests and employee concerns.
