Job summary

Braum's is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Sallisaw, OK to lead the store crew, drive customer satisfaction and sales, and oversee shift operations across food service, grocery, and fountain sales.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work a 2:00 pm to close shift. Competitive hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Monitor inventory, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Ensure Braum's store policies and practices are followed.
