Job summary

United Talent Staffing is seeking a Welder in Canonsburg, PA to fabricate and repair metal components using MIG, TIG, and stick welding with emphasis on aluminum. The role runs Monday–Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., with PPE provided and a weld test as part of the hiring process.

The position offers $20+ per hour, based on experience, and benefits such as medical coverage after 60 days on assignment. Eligible for referral bonuses and eventual full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Welding certifications or related experience preferred.
• Experience with MIG, TIG and stick welding, especially aluminum.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks in a welding shop.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders and prepare tools and materials for each job.
• Cut, fit, tack, weld, and braze metal parts and equipment.
• Check welds for quality and prevent warping or damage.
• Keep equipment and work area clean and organized.
• Report faulty equipment or materials to supervisor.
