Johnny's Selected Seeds in Waterville, ME is hiring a Seasonal Associate I - Operations for the Evening Shift. You will work across Seed Packing, Shipping and Warehouse, with cross-training as needed, and typical hours from 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm, Monday through Friday; overtime may be required during peak times.

Starting pay is $19.51 per hour ($17.51 base + $2.00 evening differential). Seasonal end dates apply; End of Season Bonus up to $750; employee discount on Johnny's merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Seed packing for commercial and consumer sizes using hand or mechanical tools.
• Handle 50–70 lb weights and follow weight-handling instructions.
• Assist shipping and warehouse tasks: locate materials, weigh, label, and prepare orders.
• Use inventory systems and handheld devices for picking and tracking.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
