Job summary

American Meadows in Vermont is hiring a seasonal, onsite warehouse teammate for about 20 weeks to help us ship wildflower seeds to gardeners nationwide.

In production, fulfillment, and shipping roles you’ll learn seed processing and packing procedures with training provided. We offer a flexible schedule with advance agreement and a supportive team devoted to quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• No prior warehouse or gardening experience required — we’ll provide training and support.

Responsibilities

• You’ll be part of a friendly, hands-on warehouse team helping ensure wildflower seeds arrive accurately and on time.
• Work in Production, operating seed processing equipment (we’ll train you).
• Support Made-to-Order (MTO) work by bagging custom wildflower blends.
• Help in Fulfillment, picking and packing seed orders with care.
• Assist Shipping, getting finished orders out the door efficiently.
• No matter the task, your work helps gardeners across the country grow something meaningful.
