Johnny's Selected Seeds is hiring a Seasonal Associate I for the Evening Shift to support Seed Packing, Shipping, and Warehouse operations. The role requires cross-training across departments and adherence to safety and quality standards.

The position offers seasonal employment with possible overtime during peak periods. Starting pay is $19.51 per hour with a $2.00 differential for evening hours, plus eligibility for an End of Season bonus up to $750 and employee discount.

Responsibilities

• Seed Packing: pack seeds in various sizes, follow detailed instructions, weigh 50–70 lbs.
• Shipping/Warehouse: locate, inventory, label, pack, and prepare items for shipments; use handheld devices.
