Job summary

Hadley Pointe for Nursing Rehab and Care in Hadley, MA is seeking an experienced Evening Shift Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) to oversee our nursing team. As an Evening Shift RN Supervisor, you will provide high-quality patient care while guiding and coordinating a team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs during evening hours.

You will develop and implement care plans, monitor progress, ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA, Joint Commission), and foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Massachusetts.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and staff.

Responsibilities
