Job summary

Hadley Pointe for Nursing Rehab and Care in Hadley, MA is seeking an experienced Evening Shift Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) to oversee our nursing team. As an Evening Shift RN Supervisor, you will provide high-quality patient care while guiding and coordinating a team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs during evening hours.

You will develop and implement care plans, monitor progress, ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA, Joint Commission), and foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Massachusetts.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and staff.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and Joint Commission guidelines.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants on evening shifts.
• Coordinate patient care activities, including developing and implementing individualized care plans.
• Monitor and report on patient progress, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
• Develop and maintain accurate records and reports, including incident reports and patient charts.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer review activities.
