Qualifications

• Licensed in Minnesota as a Registered Nurse with no restrictions.
• If not currently licensed, must obtain MN RN licensure by date of hire.
• Recent graduates within 6 months of NCLEX-RN encouraged to apply.
• Current BLS/CPR certification or ability to obtain by date of hire.
• Effective communication to teach and guide residents; computer charting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Direct and monitor care by LPNs and CNAs per standards.
• Follow Federal/State/VA facility guidelines and nursing policies.
