AtlantiCare is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Satellite Hammonton Emergency Department on a part-time mid-shift basis. The role involves collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to deliver comprehensive patient care across inpatient, outpatient and community settings.

Emphasis is on assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation of care plans, with a strong focus on culturally competent practice.

Formación

• Proficiency in clinical applications and documentation
• Experience working within an interdisciplinary care team
• Ability to educate patients and families about care plans

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care consistent with the licensed scope of practice
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care plans with physicians and other team members
• Perform assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation of patient care
• Participate in quality improvement and professional development activities
