Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts RN licensure and registration.
• BLS certification required for all RNs; ACLS preferred.
• Hyperbaric medicine knowledge and HBO safety awareness are essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and manage direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Assess and reassess patients; develop discharge plans; document care.
• Supervise colleagues; coordinate care and education plans with patients and families.
• Administer medications and therapies per policy; assist physicians and tests as needed.
• Participate in quality improvement and nursing governance activities.
