US Conec, Ltd. is seeking a Production Technician to support manufacturing improvements on a night shift (Mon-Thu, 6pm-4am) in Hickory, NC.

You will help implement and sustain new processes, collect production data, and drive efficiency, quality, and safety improvements across cross-functional teams. The role requires an Associate degree or technical certification in manufacturing technology and hands-on experience in a production environment.

Competenze

• Associate degree or technical certification in Manufacturing Technology, Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
• Experience working in a manufacturing, production, or technical environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.

Mansioni

• Support production process improvements focused on quality, efficiency, productivity, safety, and cost reduction.
• Assist with the implementation, validation, and sustainment of new or modified manufacturing processes, work methods, and standardized procedures.
• Conduct time studies, workflow evaluations, and process observations to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Establish, monitor, and maintain production standards, cycle times, and process requirements.
• Identify and help implement solutions to reduce waste, downtime, defects, rework, and other production inefficiencies.
• Collect, verify, and analyze production data including output, cycle times, downtime, scrap, and quality metrics.
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, databases, dashboards, and tracking systems while identifying and correcting data discrepancies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Quality, RD&E, Automation, and other teams to support operational excellence initiatives.
• Assist with employee training related to new equipment, processes, tooling, and work instructions.
