Job summary

ABARTA Coca-Cola Beverages is seeking a Production Maintenance Supervisor in Cleveland Production for the 4900 Cleveland, OH area. The role oversees maintenance staff to keep production equipment running safely and efficiently, with emphasis on diagnosing failures and implementing fixes.

The ideal candidate has substantial maintenance experience in a food and beverage environment and is familiar with OSHA safety policies.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or University/Technical School or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ten (10) plus years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Understand the facility’s Pre-requisite and Food Safety Programs, including but not limited to Food Defense, BBP, Glass, and Brittle Plastic, Chemical Control, GMP, Allergen, Shipping, and Receiving, etc.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities of maintenance workers to ensure production equipment.
• Monitor workers responsible for maintenance of production equipment and related systems.
• Assist with diagnosing and analyzing equipment failures and implement fixes.
• Implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with OSHA rules and regulations.
