New Pig Corporation seeks a Production Line Operator/Shift Lead for the Tipton, PA evening shift (11pm-7am). You will operate a continuous production line, test products in real time, and lead a small shift team to hit output and quality targets.

Qualifications

• Math skills and ability to perform basic math functions and conversions.
• Ability to work overtime when required.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds continuously.

• Test and analyze products in real-time to ensure in-spec production.
• Operate production line equipment via computerized control systems.
• Lead a shift team to meet output and quality goals.
