Job summary

New Pig Manufacturing is seeking qualified candidates for Machine Operator who will be dedicated to providing our customers with the highest quality products.

This position will work 2nd Shift (3pm-11pm) at our Duncansville location. The role involves operating diverse production equipment, performing quality checks, entering production data into Syteline, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must achieve certification to operate independently within 4 months of hire to achieve PA 2 level.
• Safety policies and procedures compliance.
• Proficiency with basic measurement tools (tape measures, rulers).
• Ability to lift 60 lb shafts and move heavy rolls.

Responsibilities

• Operate diverse production equipment from sewing to web-converting systems.
• Adjust processes to meet quality standards.
• Perform quality checks and collect data.
• Enter production quantities and material usage into Syteline.
• Participate on mat line process improvement team.
• Participate in lean manufacturing workshops and training events.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned.
