Job summary

New Pig Corporation is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift (2:30 pm – 11:00 pm) in Tipton, PA. You will troubleshoot and repair equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and log activities in CMMS to support safe, reliable production across multiple plants.

The role requires hands-on electrical and PLC experience, knowledge of reading CAD drawings, and a proactive approach to lean manufacturing practices. OT and weekend work may be requested.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years in a production maintenance environment.
• Experience with Allen-Bradley/Rockwell automation and industrial power systems.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting and control-panel skills.
• Able to read CAD drawings and electrical schematics.
• Proficient with CMMS for PMs, repairs, and reporting.
• Willing to work OT and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support 2nd shift production by troubleshooting and repairing equipment.
• Perform regular Preventive Maintenance across multiple locations.
• Record PMs, repairs and data in CMMS for traceability.
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering to meet output and quality targets.
• Ensure machine uptime and process capability align with schedules.
• Install, test, and repair industrial electrical equipment and controls.
• Manage spare parts inventory to support production needs.
• Assist in developing maintenance training programs and lean initiatives.
