Job summary

New Pig Manufacturing is seeking a qualified Machine Operator to support our 3rd shift operations in Duncansville. You will operate diverse production equipment, monitor quality, and enter data in the Syteline system to track materials and output.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, safety compliance, and the ability to obtain PA 2 certification within four months. Overtime opportunities exist; pay includes shift differential and weekly payroll.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Adherence to safety policies and procedures.
• Must achieve PA 2 certification within 4 months of hire.
• Proficient in PC use, data entry and basic system navigation.
• Math skills including unit conversions.
• Able to use basic measurement tools (tape measures, rulers).
• Physically capable of lifting 60 lb, maneuvering 400 lb rolls, and packing cartons up to 30 lbs.
• Commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Operate diverse production equipment and mat line processes.
• Meet quality standards and perform quality inspections and data collection.
• Enter production quantities and material usage into Syteline.
• Participate in lean manufacturing and process-improvement initiatives.
• Assist with training and adherence to safety requirements.
• Support other production duties as assigned.
