Job summary

Uzin Utz North America, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Production Operator for our on-site team in Waco, TX.

The role supports loading raw materials, operating packing and packaging machinery, and weighing/packing ingredients to produce finished products in a temperature-varied environment. The Production Process Operator I role emphasizes safety, organization, and the ability to work independently across multiple areas of the production floor.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and dependable candidate with focus on safety.
• Willingness to learn multiple production roles.
• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet productivity goals.
• Comfortable operating packing and packaging machinery with basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment to generate finished packages following SOPs.
• Load raw materials and packing supplies; apply labels to containers; operate packaging machines and scales.
• Handle rework in accordance with company standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area using hand tools and equipment.
• Follow daily production schedule and instructions; read and execute tasks.
