Job summary

Uzin Utz North America, Inc. in Waco, TX is seeking a Production Process Operator I to support loading raw materials, operating packing and packaging machinery, and weighing, preparing, blending, and packaging ingredients into finished products in a temperature-variable environment.

The role requires reliability, safety awareness, and the ability to follow schedules and SOPs, with opportunities to learn multiple production tasks across the tower levels; competitive pay, medical/dental/vision,

Qualifications

• Experience loading raw materials and operating packing equipment.
• Ability to read production schedules and follow SOPs.
• Willingness to learn multiple production roles.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment to generate finished packages per SOPs.
• Retrieve raw materials and packing supplies; label containers; operate packaging machines.
• Handle rework per company standards.
• Keep work area clean and organized using hand tools and cleaning equipment.
• Read and follow daily production schedule.
• Work independently across multiple locations in the production area and tower levels.
• Learn to operate filling and packaging machinery at operator level.
• Learn multiple production roles in the tower.
• Other duties as required.
