Job summary

FGF Brands is seeking a Team Member - Mixer Operator to accurately weigh and mix ingredients, operate industrial mixers, and ensure product quality. The role supports the Team Leader and adheres to GMP, food safety, and sanitation standards in a fast-paced production setting.

Responsibilities include maintaining precise batch records, reporting discrepancies, and ensuring a clean, safe work area. Candidates should have manufacturing experience and be able to work various shifts including

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (food/bakery desirable).
• Internal candidates must have worked at FGF as a General TM in Production/Sanitation for 6 months.
• External candidates must have worked as a Mixer for at least 1 year.
• Accuracy and attention to detail; ability to detect quality issues.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Weigh and measure ingredients per batch sheet specs using scales or automation.
• Operate industrial mixers to blend doughs/batters per recipes.
• Maintain real-time records of mixing activities and deviations.
• Report safety, quality, or equipment issues to production leaders.
• Clean up and maintain a safe, organized mixing area.
