Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous safety observation of assigned patients to ensure safety and comfort.
• Assist with activities of daily living as directed by nursing and support patient needs.
• Maintain 15-minute patient checks with documentation and report issues to licensed staff immediately.
