Job summary

Chick-fil-A Green Bay is seeking a Front-of-House Team Member to be the face of our hospitality-focused operation. You will ensure accurate orders, greet guests warmly, and maintain a clean dining area. This entry-level role offers varied shifts from 2p to 11p and rewards hospitality with growth opportunities.

No experience is required, and you will receive one-on-one training to learn every station. Flexible hours and closed Sundays are part of our benefit package as we all strive for service

As a Front-of-House Team Member, you are the face of our company and initiator of our top-level service.

You care for our guests by demonstrating genuine hospitality, ensuring their order is accurate, and providing a clean environment for them to enjoy their meal.

Your number one priority is serving the guests, even if it means helping coworkers at different stations.

Wage is based on experience!

This is either part or full-time, non-exempt (hourly), and an entry-level position with various shifts available between the hours of 2p and 11p.

No experience required!

We are not a fast food franchise, we are a hospitality company that just happens to serve chicken.
