Job summary

Shalom Gardens Health and Rehabilitation is seeking an Evening Shift Nursing Supervisor (LPN) to lead the night shift at our skilled nursing facility in Richmond, VA. You will supervise nursing staff, monitor resident care, and coordinate with families, physicians and the care team to ensure seamless, high-quality patient outcomes.

The role demands strong clinical judgment, effective communication, and a calm, decisive leadership style.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Virginia.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in a SNF setting.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Team‑oriented with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
