Shalom Gardens Health and Rehabilitation is seeking an Evening Shift Nursing Supervisor to lead the nursing team on our skilled nursing facility during the 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift. The role requires an LPN license in VA and at least 1 year of supervisory experience to ensure high-quality resident care and robust coordination with families and physicians.
