Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Painting/coating work using appropriate materials and methods.
• Plastering and patching interior walls and ceilings and stucco exteriors.
• Carpentry to construct, install, repair wood/metal structures, and related items.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems and related components.
• Install, maintain, and repair steam/plumbing systems, valves, and piping.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace electrical components and wiring up to 480V.
