Job summary

Staffmark is hiring a Machine Operator in Maple Lake, MN. The role offers a pay rate of $20.00–$23.00 per hour, with a shift from 3:45 PM to 1:45 AM, Monday–Thursday. You will operate manufacturing equipment, monitor processes, and ensure quality while maintaining a safe, efficient work environment.

We value strong communication, attention to detail, and reliable attendance. A high school diploma or GED is required, with 6 months of related experience preferred, and a $3,000 sign-on bonus

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and interpret operating manuals, work instructions, and engineering specifications.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment, power tools, and specialized production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to specifications.
• Inspect finished products and assemblies to verify quality standards are met.
• Assist with troubleshooting equipment and resolving production issues.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to maintain production schedules.
• Support the training and development of production team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Prioritize tasks, meet production deadlines, and work with minimal supervision.
• Support operations in various production areas as needed.
• Follow all company safety procedures and maintain dependable attendance.
