Job summary

Staffmark is hiring a Machine Operator in Maple Lake, MN. The role offers a pay rate of $20.00–$23.00 per hour, with a shift from 3:45 PM to 1:45 AM, Monday–Thursday. You will operate manufacturing equipment, monitor processes, and ensure quality while maintaining a safe, efficient work environment.

We value strong communication, attention to detail, and reliable attendance. A high school diploma or GED is required, with 6 months of related experience preferred, and a $3,000 sign-on bonus

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of manufacturing, production, machine operation, or industrial experience preferred.
• Rotational molding experience is a plus.
• Experience operating manufacturing equipment, power tools, or production machinery preferred.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to regular attendance.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the facility for the duration of the shift.
• Comfortable working in manufacturing conditions that may include noise, dust, heat, cold, and odors.
• Ability to work in confined spaces and assist with equipment troubleshooting when necessary.
• Must wear sturdy closed-toe work boots and appropriate work attire.
